The European sheet market remains in re-start mode after Christmas and New Year, andactivity is accordingly still somewhat muted. Nevertheless, upward momentum is apparentamid announced price increases both domestically and from the import market.As business gets more strongly under way in the coming days we would expect to seeadditional increments of the announced price increases being realised across Europe. Itremains to be seen how much more there will be in terms of further price increases as thequarter progresses.
