LyondellBasell reveals earnings record in 2012

LyondellBasell has revealed its end of year earnings - $2.9bn (￡1.8bn), up from $2.5bn (￡1.6bn) in 2011, which it claims is a company record. The strong performance was led by its US olefins and polyolefins operations, explained the industry bellwether.
