Ryetools brings medical mouldmaking project home

Pickering-based Ryetools has pulled off a precision toolmaking challenge on a tight timescale, enhancing the accuracy of moulding for an innovative medical instrument. Vivacta of Sittingbourne develops point-of-care medical diagnostic systems using piezofilm technology. The systems are designed to deliver results within 10 minutes from a single drop of whole blood, to an accuracy equal to that of traditional laboratory results.
