摘要

We congratulate the authors as they very well correlated the importance of intravesical protrusion of the prostate (IPP) in predicting poor response to medical treatment with tamsulosin among patients with benign prostatic obstruction.1 It seems interesting to determine how IPP correlates with more severe storage symptoms and poor response to medical therapy, although no specific cutoff IPP has been defined until now.
