We read with interest this article and congratulate the authors for describing a big series of patients treated successfully with dorsal onlay augmented anastomotic urethroplasty (DOAAU). The authors chose to treat even a 12 cm long stricture (must be extending well into the pendulous urethra also) using DOAAU. It seems that according to the authors, stricture of any length is suitable for the DOAAU method.
