Duke Energy has completed a $1.2 billion sale of its internationalbusinesses in Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, El Salvador andArgentina to a company named I Squared Capital.The power generator said it is leaving the Latin Americanmarket to focus on its “domestic U.S. regulated core business.”
