Patriot Coal's motion in bankruptcy court doesn't sit well with UMWA, Peabody Energy

Patriot Coal has filed a motion with the Bankruptcy Court in St. Louis seeking to modify collective bargaining agreements with the United Mine Workers of America in an attempt to cut costs during reorganization.
