Lots and lots of RFPs are making markets look better, but fundamentals still kind of iffy

When Shakespeare wrote that in the 17th century he actually used the word glisters instead of glitters, but that would just make this publication more confusing.than it already is. But his point is well taken. Recently there's been more than a flurry of RFPs and that has raised the hopes and dreams of the survivors of last year's thermal market implosion, but more than one source is saying not so fast. The RFPs and the buying that's coming from them is good news for sure, but it might not mean that the thermal market has turned a corner.
