Kentucky governor latest Democrat to come out against EPA's proposed GHG rules

Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear is overlooking that he's a Democrat and remembering that his state is a leading coal producer, Beshear became the latest in a growing line of governors, senators and congressmen who are staring down their own party over Environmental Protection Agency policies. Last week he wrote a letter to the EPA that asked the agency to consider alternatives to the way it is planning on controlling "greenhouse gas emissions" and try to save both coal-fired power plants and his state's coal production.
