More trains rolling through PRB good news, but coal prices still stuck in neutral

In the Powder River Basin things aren't peachy keen, but the trains are rolling better than they were a few months ago and the outlook gets a little peachier every time natural gas prices tick up a notch. The good news is that more trains are moving coal. The bad news is there's still a lot of equipment sitting idle at some of the mines.
