Alton Coal trying to recoup legal fees after winning mine fight with green groups

Alton Coal Development has spent a lot of time and a lot of treasure fighting environmentalists on its way to getting approval for its Coal Hollow mine in Utah. There's not much the company can do to get its time back, but it would like to recoup some of the treasure. Alton is fighting back against the green groups that kept it tied up in court by asking that the groups pony up for all the legal fees the company paid out over the years.
