STRAUBING (MN). Der Bayerische Biotech-Standort Straubing ist vor allem fur die Produktion von Hochprozentigem aus Stroh bekannt. Vor vier Jahren ging dort eine Demonstrationsanlage in Betrieb, die aus Pflanzenreststoffen Bioethanol erzeugt. An diese Erfolgsgeschichte soll nun angeknupft werden. Mit 20 Mio Euro fordert der Freistaat Bayern eine weitere Demonstrationsanlage, deren Baustart in 2017 geplant ist.
