Canada’s Teck Resources said Thursday it expectsto sell at least 6 million mt of coking coal including spot salesin the third quarter, as production falls due to planned cuts.Teck sold 6.5 million mt of coal in Q2, down from 6.8million mt in Q2 2014, the company said in a quarterlystatement. Teck maintained output guidance at its reduced25 million-26 million mt level, but warned that productionmay be reduced further in the fourth quarter should there beno improvement in market conditions. Teck sold 6.7 millionmt in Q3 2014.
