Korea South-East Power (Kosep) has launchedtwo spot tenders for December 1-31 loading and three fiveyearlong-term tenders to supply thermal coal to itsSamcheonpo and Yeonghung power plants.In the first spot tender, KOSEP-Coal-2014-SP06, it is seeking280,000 mt of minimum 5,700 kcal/kg NAR single-mine coal,with maximum 15% total moisture as received, maximum 1%sulfur as received and maximum 20% ash air dried.
