China Shenhua’s H1 profit falls 10% on-year on weaker output, prices

Ltd., the listedsubsidiary of Shenhua Group, has posted a 9.96% yearon-year drop in net profit to Yuan 22.78 billion for thefirst half of the year amid lower production and weakerprices.Over January-June, the company generated revenues ofYuan 129.20 billion ($21 billion), edging up 0.42% year onyear, it said in a report published Sunday on its website.
