Stocks of imported coal at 16 major ports inIndia rose 11% week on week to 7.94 million mt as of March14, according to data released late Friday by Indianshipbroker Interocean Group.Of the total, thermal coal constituted 4.75 million mt, up14% from a week ago; coking coal stocks accounted for 2.70million mt, up 2.9%; anthracite stocks accounted for 369,827mt; up 1.6%; while petroleum coke stocks stood at 120,381 mt, compared with none previously.
