Singapore, New Delhi - Indian buyers are not willing to purchase April-loading cargoes of Indonesian coal due to high prices, market sources said Tuesday, while very prompt- loading coal remains unavailable due to supply constraints. A Kolkata-based trader said that offers for 4,200 kcal/kg GAR single mine branded Indonesian coal are at $43.50/ mt-44/mt FOB but bids are at $40/mt-40.50/mt FOB. In CFR terms for Supramax vessels, the offer price for the above grade of Indonesian coal would be around $56/ mt-57/mt CFR east coast India.
