New Delhi—Indonesian thermal coal prices remain supported, market sources said Friday, depsite many Indian buyers procuring cargoes from stockpiles at various Indian ports. A New Delhi-based source said a few large trading houses had high stocks of various grades of Indonesian coal at Indian ports and were preferring to sell from these stocks rather than procure fresh cargoes from the spot market at higher prices.
