Singapore — The Indonesian government has halted shipments from the Asmin Koalindo Tuhup mine, owned by the country’s largest coking coal miner Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal, as the ministry of transport is seeking new licenses for the company’s river ports, a source close to the matter said Thursday.
