EDC: Asian ethylene dichloride prices remained steady Thursday from the previous week. Supplies from the US continued to come into Asia. Trading sources said US deepsea cargoes could be sold into Asia at just above $200/mt, considering current US EDC price of $140/mt and a typical freight cost of $60-$80/mt. But the Asian EDC market was well supported by high ethylene feedstock costs.
