The November NWE settlement for ethylene has fully settled at Eur905/ mt FD NWE, a rollover on the month, sources said Tuesday. The initial agreement was reached between seller BASF and buyer Clariant. Both parties confirmed. The follow was between Vinnolit and Shell. Vinnolit confirmed, while Shell did not. Ethylene spot prices fell slightly this week, on bearish price expectations stemming from production restarts. Prices were assessed at Eur733/mt Friday, down Eur9/mt on the week.
