The US acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene domestic assessment was unchanged to start April at 110 cents/lb delivered rail car Wednesday as pricing for the month continued to be heard at flat to possibly a cent higher than March, but sources were still waiting on feedstocks contracts, specifically benzene, to settle. Sources were expecting at least a 50 cents/gal increase in April benzene contracts to a 259-264 cents/gal range, which should push domestic styrene prices higher and in turn, could push ABS prices higher.
