The NWE EDC and VCM spot prices remained stable on the week at $237/mt FOB NWE and $587/mt FOB NWE, respectively. No new trades were heard. Derivative PVC and upstream ethylene were heard stable. Asian prices were assessed flat at $210 CFR FE Asia and $665 CFR FE Asia, respectively. The November NWE settlement for feedstock ethylene fully settled Tuesday at Eur905/mt ($999/mt) FD NWE, a rollover on the month.
