CFR Far East Asia polypropylene raffia rose $24/mt on week to $1,215/mt Wednesday, on the back of tight supplies. “China market [is] higher this week due to tight supply,” a source based in China said, adding that downstream buyers of PP were seen rebuilding inventory levels. Another source in China also said that inventory building activity was visible in the market this week.
