US linear low-density polyethylene export prices were assessed Wednesday at $1,223/mt FAS Houston (55.5 cents/ lb), up $33/mt for the week. LLDPE remained tight for exporters, but prices were generally workable into Latin America as buying interest in the region was up, in part because of more stable oil pricing and an increase in offers from other regions.
