US high density polyethylene export prices were becoming more workable into Latin America, even as they edged higher this week, due to increased buying interest within the region and increasing global offer levels, sources said. US producers have raised rail car prices for traders by 1-2 cents/lb over the past week, multiple sources said, noting that sellers were adjusting prices to correspond with higher offer levels out of Asia.
