LyondellBasell implemented a sales allocation of 80% of the previous nine-month average purchase volume for anti-freeze grade of monoethylene glycol and industrial grade of monoethylene glycol through November, the company said in the letter sent to customers Tuesday and obtained by Platts Wednesday.
