Northwest European polyvinyl chloride net contract prices remained flat on the week to be assessed at Eur675/ mt FD NWE. Current price levels representing a Eur10/mt decline from January. With the price of feedstock ethylene in February down Eur70/mt on month, buyers were heard expecting PVC contract prices to fall a proportional amount or Eur35/mt in February.
