Asian propylene fell $15/mt week on week to be assessed at $1,410/mt FOB Korea, $1,450/mt CFR Taiwan, $1,325/ mt CFR Southeast Asia, $1,385 FOB Japan and $1,460 CFR China Friday due to poor demand in China. “China’s economy is slowing down as credit lending gets more stringent and this has affected buyer sentiment,” a Southeast Asian trader said. There has been an influx of offers in the China market but buyers were staying on the sidelines.
