US export PVC prices dropped $15/mt week on week, to be assessed Wednesday at $945-955/mt FAS Houston. Sources said trading levels for April cargoes from one producer were heard in the range of $930-940 FAS Houston level and that a second producer was heard booking May shipments near the $930/mt FAS Houston level. The assessment is at its lowest since the December 11 price of $930-940 FAS Houston, according to Platts data.
