Asian polypropylene rose $10/mt week on week to be assessed at $1,490/mt CFR Far East Asia for both raffia and injection grades Wednesday after activity picked up this week amid renewed buying interest. Sellers concluded some deals on a CFR Far East Asia basis at around $1,485/ mt, and there were a number of offers from suppliers and traders at $1,500/mt CFR Far East Asia. Bids stood at $1,480/ mt. A trader said some sellers were considering reducing their offers to $1,490/mt in response to the healthy buying appetite.
