US spot refinery-grade propylene prices declined 1.5 cents/ lb on week, to be assessed Friday at 59.75-60.25 cents/ lb delivered, as increases in refinery production rates and declines in polymer-grade propylene markets pushed RGP markets lower. April spot RGP was last heard bid at 57.75 cents/lb MtB-pipe on Friday and offered at 61.75 cents/ lb MtB-pipe on Thursday — RGP was last heard traded on Thursday 59.50 cents/lb MtB-pipe for April delivery.
