European ethylene prices were weighed down for a sixth consecutive week on supply length, to Eur870/mt FD NWE, down Eur35/mt on the week. European olefin producers continued to export ethylene to Asia, driven by supply length, sources said this week. Two exports were reported this week. One from Scandinavia and another from the Mediterranean, sources added. A third, tentative fixture was also heard with options for both Asia and South America.
