One producer said it was offering material at Eur1,700-1,750/mt FD NWE to medium-sized producers, and was offering at Eur1,650- 1,700/mt FD NWE to large consumers, when rebates and discounts were applied for large volume purchases, and was supplying distribution prices at $1,770/mt.
