Butadiene prices rebounded Friday, ending nearly three months of consecutive falls amid emerging Chinese demand and steps to cut regional production. Week on week, the FOB Korea benchmark for the synthetic rubber feedstock rose $85/mt to $900/mt, while its CFR China counterpart rose $65/mt to $920/mt. The last time FOB Korea prices rose was May 3, when they gained $15/mt to $1,470/mt week on week.
