Asian low density polyethylene prices were mixed this week as buyers turned cautious after price hikes the previous two weeks. LDPE was assessed at $1,390/mt CFR Far East in Asia Wednesday, unchanged from last week, and at $1,405/mt CFR Southeast Asia, up $15/mt over the same period. Iranian material was offered at $1,380-1,400/mt CFR China, with a letter of credit of 90 days, according to sources.
