The remaining European July FD PVC contracts settled this week, with one producer reporting deals done at Eur830-900/ mt gross, depending on customer sizes. Platts assessed the PVC gross price at Eur850-855/mt this week, unchanged from last week, in reflection of medium-sized consumers. The PVC net price was also unchanged since last week at Eur820-825/mt. On month, this was a Eur20/mt increase, which represented the most competitive deals confirmed so far on the buy side. In the UK, one producer source confirmed that any remaining contract prices had been settled at an increase of GBP15/mt from June, unchanged from price levels concluded last week, but declined to comment on outright prices.
