The Asian purified terephthalic acid market dipped $4/ mt week on week to be assessed at $1,050/mt CFR China Friday as demand remained weak amid China’s holiday season. Chinese market participants, who were out since Tuesday, are due to return Monday. Trading activities were scarce this week as a result.
