The North African polypropylene market maintained balance this week as prices remained rangebound at $1,535-1,540/ mt CFR. This was attributed to flat demand as a consequence of seasonal trends and the Ramadan period, sources said. This came in spite of SABIC nominating its July Middle East contract price for PP Raffia and PP-Injection at $1,560/mt FD UAE, both unchanged from July.
