US spot styrene fell slightly on the week, down 0.05 cents from the week before, assessed at 78.20 cents/lb FOB USG Friday as the market lacked direction. Sources said the market was quiet on the week as arbitrage windows from the US to Europe and Asia remained closed. Sources said bids in the market were in the 76.5- 77.5 cents/lb FOB USG range, against offers that were as high as 79 cents/lb FOB USG. No deals were heard on the week.
