In market news, Spain's Ercros said it would restructure its loss-making chlorine business by closing a number of units at its Flix site and shutting a production plant for monocalcium phosphate. The company reported a loss of Eur22.4 million ($30 million) for its chlorine business in 2012, leading to a company-wide loss of Eur12.1 million on the year.
