The propylene market in Latin America remained stable week on week despite multiple scheduled turnarounds in at least three South American countries. Propylene production at YPF’s refinery was reduced to 60% operating capacity as the company was undergoing a 55-day scheduled turnaround at its La Plata refinery, which began September 15.
