One North Africa trader said producers were struggling to sell their allocations in weak market, adding that there was a stalemate in the market as producers were unwilling to lower offers to the soft bid levels. Offers for LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE were heard at $1,620-1,630/mt CFR, $1,550/mt CFR and $1,560-1,580/mt CFR, respectively.
