Low density polyethylene prices saw gains across all regions this week. The CFR Far East Asia rose $39/mt week on week Wednesday to $1,340/mt on firmer domestic prices in China, while the CFR Southeast Asia market rose $25/mt over the same period to $1,330/mt. While demand was still soft overall, buyers stepped back into the market as sellers appeared to be rapidly increasing offers.
