The FAS Houston polyvinyl price was assessed up $10/mt on the week to $950-960/mt. Sources reported limited export volumes as some producers are undergoing or preparing to undergo planned turnarounds. However, visibility on downstream demand remained blurred sources said owing to volatility in the energy complex. In Asia, US resin was heard sold at $1,050/mt CIF India, for mid to late October arrival from the US Gulf.
