Spot export prices fell 1 cent/lb for blow molding and 0.5 cents/lb for HDPE film. Blow molding was assessed at 67.5-68.5 cents/lb FAS Houston, and traders said it was difficult to move any sizable volumes. "People continue to buy hand to mouth," an exporter said. There was little expectation that demand was going to rebound anytime soon in the export market as converter's downstream businesses were not growing, a trader said. Prices were heard in a wide range between 64-66 cents/lb delivered in railcars to Houston, but some traders had not seen offers on the lower end of the range.
