Asian polypropylene prices slipped this week in China on lower market sentiment and gained in Southeast Asia and South Asia as demand picked up amid supply tightness. The PP raffia benchmark was assessed at $1,465/mt CFR Far East Asia Wednesday, down $5/mt week on week. In Southeast Asia and South Asia, the markers gained $5/mt and $10/mt, respectively, over the same period to $1,497/mt CFR and $1,530/mt CFR.
