Egypt obtains fuel from UAE after Saudi shipments halt

Cairo-Egypt has turned to the UAE as an alternative fuel supplier following Saudi Arabias decision to temporarily halt refined product supplies in early October, Egyptian oil minister Tarek el-Molla said late Monday. The UAE now provides fuel to compensate for the loss of Saudi shipments, on roughly the same terms, El-Molla told Egypts parliamentary energy and environment committee, the local Al-Borsa newspaper reported.
