Singapore—The spread between ultra-low sulfur diesel and the benchmark 500 ppm sulfur gasoil loading from the main trading hub of Singapore hit an all-time low of 6 cents/b Tuesday, amid excess supply of 10 ppm sulfur gasoil, according to S&P Global Platts data and market sources. Platts started tracking the spread as of March 11, 2008.
