Houston-Stocks of crude oil on the US Gulf Coast and in Cushing both slid in the week ended April 15, though those on the Gulf Coast were still barely below record-high levels, Energy Information Administration data showed Wednesday. The USGC stocks were weighed down in part by a 253,000 b/d decline in imports, down to 3.26 million b/d. That more than offset a 44,000 b/d decline refinery utilization.
